In the event of cancellation of birth services

• up to 1- month prior to on-call period commencing, 75% refund granted

• between 1-month to 14 days prior to 'on-call period commencing, 50% refund granted

• Less than 14 days prior to 'on-call period commencing, 25% refund granted

Wombkeeping sessions and Reflexology:
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before appointment due to commence
- 50% refund if less than 24 hours. 50% Cancellation fee
